Matthew established O'Sullivan Kenny with Mark in 2016 and was previously a partner in a leading Criminal Defence Firm.

He has a proven track record in providing legal representation to public interest law groups and in the work of Free Legal Advice Centres. Matthew was awarded the Public Interest Law Association Gold medal for his work in this area.

Matthew is a member of the Council of the Law Society and is the Vice President of the Dublin Solicitor Bar Association and is chairperson of the Dublin Solicitor Bar Association (DSBA) Criminal Law Committee.
