We have worked with leading non-governmental agencies such as FLAC, PILA, the IEHRC and the ICCL to advise and protect the human rights of affected persons.  We brought the first successful challenge to solitary confinement of children in the case of SF/TG & Ors v The Director of Oberstown.  We hope that the judgment will lead to the creation of specific rules of detention for children, with particular emphasis on internal disciplinary hearings.

We have represented persons who are accused of professional misconduct and persons and companies accused of regulatory offences.  We bring our specialist skills in solicitor-advocacy and trial preparation to such cases.
